PROCESS OF ORDER, PRICES, PAYMENT CONDITION
After you post your order in out webshop, in 24 hours ( 1 workingday) we contact you on the accessibility you gave in order to concilation. If we fail contacting in 24 hours, please, send us an email. after a successfull concilation we will forward you a verification about the ordered goods and terms of payment and delivery.
The price given in the verification is valid for 30 days.
in the verification we will provide you with the price of the product and the manufacturing deadline. If you agree in all terms, we expect a proper order confirmation from you in written form, via fax or email, including the invoicing and delivery adress. we start manufacturing by receieving this written order-form, and by return we shall send a proforma invoice. after receiving the amount by the time we agreed , the goods can be picked up or be delivered to the adress given.
By picking up at the workshop, You have the possibility to pay in cash at the scene.
There is no option to use bank or credit card at the workshop.
TERMS OF DELIVERY
The ordered products can be picked up at our workshop, or if the costumer requiry we can provide delivery with MPL (Hungarian Post Logistic) service, wich delivers the product from door-to door. that service can be ordered, and will be charged as follows ( price given by MPL services, valid from 01.01.2010 til further notice):
- 0,1 – 10 kg: 1 370,- Ft
- 10,1 – 30 kg: 2 620,- Ft
- 30,1 – 50kg: 3 280,- Ft
- 50,1 – 80 kg: 3 560,- Ft
- 80,1 – 100 kg: 3 900,- Ft
every additional +10 kg is for + 400 Ft
EUR pallet size : 7 560 Ft
If the products is oversized, there is special rating.
CANCELLATION
According to the regulation of Hungarian Government, no.: 17/1999. (II. 5.) about cancelletion rights between to parties, – right of sending back the product, warranty – in case if web-shopping the cancellation right applies.
PRIVACY POLICY
During registration you provide personal details wich are decleared as private information, according to the act of Hungarian law : 1992. / LXIII. , ( Avtv.) 2. § 1. Giving of these details are according the once free-will, not required the use of special data-handler, and there is no need for special details to be given..
WARRANTY OPTIONS
We take responsibility and full-term guarantee : if the product is used according to its proper use – and during these circumstances happens or occour any fault in the material itself. we cannot take any warranty for over-abrasion, break or torn due to wrong or appropriate setting of the brush, machine handling!
